RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At Kelor Art, each artwork is carefully hand-painted with attention to detail. We value your satisfaction and are here to assist if your order does not meet expectations.
30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Return requests may be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping responsibility is determined based on the reason for the return:
- If the return is due to damage, loss, or other issues on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to personal preference or any customer-related reason, the return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the customer.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:
- The request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery;
- The artwork must be in its original condition;
- The artwork must be securely packaged for return (original packaging is recommended).
We recommend keeping all packaging materials until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Please contact info@kelorart.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the artwork and packaging
After review, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
RETURN PROCESS
- Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 14 days;
- Please retain photos of the packaging and shipment for insurance and reference purposes.
REFUNDS
Once the returned artwork is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days;
- PayPal / Shop Pay refunds may take up to 3 business days to appear;
- Credit card refunds may take 7–15 business days, depending on your bank.
